The Shelby School of Esthetics Foundation 501(c)(3) serves members of our community who otherwise would not have the financial means to fulfill their educational goals in Cosmetic Arts.
A passion for creating spaces
The Shelby School of Esthetics Foundation provides access to hands-on, skill-based learning and artistic principles in cosmetic arts to community members who might not otherwise afford this education in beauty and barbering.
We believe cosmetic education can transform lives—empowering women, men, families, and communities. Our vision is a community that values growth in the beauty industry, ensuring everyone can achieve success and financial stability, from students to professionals, regardless of their financial background.
Our Mission
Support Cosmetic Arts Education: We offer financial aid and scholarships to make education in the cosmetic arts accessible.
Financial Guidance: We ensure students have the knowledge to make informed financial decisions.
Community Collaboration: We lead a network of community programs and partners to support students’ journey from education to career, including job placement and business ownership mentorship.

The Dream Catchers: Offers scholarships for students and professionals in the health, wellness, and beauty industry to advance their education and careers.
Cancel Cancer Culture Advocates (CCCA): Provides free spa services and 3D areola tattoos to cancer survivors, fostering a supportive community environment.
FADED Tattoo Removal: Removes visible gang, prison, and forced tattoos at no cost to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and improve their lives.
